✅ 3-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• All tags, accessories, seals, and labels must be intact
• Invoice or proof of purchase must be included
🚚 How to Return a Product
To initiate a return:
1. Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.
2. Carefully pack the item in its original condition.
3. Ship it back to our warehouse at your own cost. (Return address will be provided upon request.)
Please note: We do not offer return pickups. Customers are responsible for safely delivering the parcel back to our warehouse.
🔄 Exchange or Credit Processing
Once the returned item is received and passes our quality check:
• We will process an exchange, or
• Provide a store credit for future purchases
Refunds in cash are not offered at this time.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
